Themed Charity Ball and Auction, The Savoy
A FULL, 1940s EXPERIENCE, WITH MEN IN MILITARY UNIFORM AND GIRLS IN CLASSIC CREAM BLOUSES, PEARLS, STOLES AND AUTHENTIC ’40s MAKE-UP.

When it comes to charity galas, we know it’s not just about the experience, but ensuring the event delivers for your organisation and your cause.
For this Spirit of Britain event, held at the Savoy Hotel, we sourced sponsorship and prizes, including a number of prestigious consumer products from brands such as Cartier and luxury travel partners like Viceroy. We also brought in a headline corporate sponsor.
The vision was applied with rigour and creativity. The 1940s theme, chosen by the client, was carried right through from planning to execution, so the choice of music on the dance floor, the flowers and even the fonts used in the collateral were consistent to the last detail. LC model staff acted as character actors and underwent pre-event training on approaching guests without being intrusive, encouraging them to bid in auctions and buy raffle tickets.
Our experience in publishing, managing the process of building media/sponsorship packs, print solutions, garnering auction prizes and managing sponsorship sales truly paid off, and helped make the event a rare success.
