Styling is our favourite part of party planning and Halloween  allows us to get super creative. From latex make-up to creepy light shows, haunted houses, low lying fog and spooky white pumpkins – sometimes we get more excited than the children.

But as Halloween has become more popular in the UK, it’s also growing up. Forget tacky cheap costumes, nowadays we’re into something rather more stylish, rather more chic: think of rich and lavish autumnal table dressings, earthy menus with just a soupçon of ghoul, all nicely warmed up with rum and apple toddies ... perfectly in keeping with the season.
